We are looking for bright individuals who are well organized and efficient at keeping to tight time scales and working hand in hand with sales account managers to further the business. The main job would be to track jobs, chase customers for artwork, suppliers for prices, quoting & organizing samples and brochures. The ideal person must also be articulate and pay close attention to detail as well as obtain a good telephone manner in which to take enquiries from clients and communicate well with all members of the team

We are currently looking for one person to handle the accounts department. This person would be expected to be proficient with Sage Line 50 accounting package in carrying out the following duties:

- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Credit control
- General book keeping
- Liaising with accountants for payroll and the organization of payroll
- Able to prepare reports with breakdown of figures of each sales person inc graphical data and comparisons over time
